We have implemented a support ticket tracking system to help us provide you with better service, tracking and history reporting.
This system will generate a support ticket and deliver it to an awaiting support specialist. When creating your support ticket please
provide as much detail about your particular issue as possible.
Support tickets can be created by using this website or as easily as sending an email with a subject of your company name and a detailed description of the
issue in the message body to support@edmontonitc.com
Currently there is a minor issue with the email feature. When using the email method to open a ticket you will receive two emails in reply. One will be your
support ticket confirmation and the other will be an undeliverable email response. Please disregard the undeliverable email. We are working on this issue and
hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

As of August 1, 2010 Edmonton IT Consultants Inc. service fees are changing.
Business Hours Support fees: $95.00 p/hour + GST
After Hours Support fees : $142.50 p/hour + GST
Business Hours : Monday thru Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM excluding holidays
A $35.00 on-site service fee will be added to your invoice to cover travel time to and from your location
Emergency After Hours Calls that require On-Site service will be subject to a $200.00 Emergency Call out Fee.
A support ticket must be opened by logging on to the website at www.edmontonitc.com or by simply emailing support@edmontonitc.com with a detailed description of the problem and your company and contact information. If you chose to call without opening a support ticket, one will be created for you for a fee of $10.00
Service contracts will be available to clients who wish to apply. Contract pricing will reflect a discount off the new rates and will ensure regular maintenance on your systems. Contracts will be available by month, quarter and for the full year. Service contract pricing will be calculated on the quantity of devices at your location and type of device and will be prepaid
